Refund Policy

We want you to love your shopping experience with us, but if something isn’t right, please let us know.

A standard company protocol across all direct points of sale, is that Ginni Wadhwa Couture does not endorse any return or exchange policy, irrespective of domestic or international orders, whether off-the-rack or made-to-order pieces, except in the following exceptional scenarios:

  • If the merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged, or is defective.

  • If there is an irreparable technical issue with an altered/ordered piece against the client specifications, for example – sizing issue, fabric covering, color mismatch, length issue, etc.

  • If there has been an unprecedented delay in your order and Ginni Wadhwa Couture has not notified you of the same within 1 week from the date the order was placed.

In all the above scenarios, the client must notify ginniwadhwacouture.com about the issue over a call or WhatsApp during business hours, but most importantly with an email stating the concerns clearly along with images of the problem areas in the outfit within 24 hours of receiving it.

However, only after receiving an acknowledgment of the same from ginniwadhwacouture.com, you may send the outfit back to us for necessary corrective actions. Unsolicited returns will not be received without authorization. The customer will be responsible for picking up products sent without prior intimation. Once the garment is received by Ginni Wadhwa Couture, please note that the sole discretion of accepting the return and/or exchange of the rejected piece lies with ginniwadhwacouture.com, based on the timelines and quality of the returned piece. While returning the outfit, please ensure that the merchandise is unused and in a properly sealed condition, as you received it, with its original packaging.

The decision, however, will be taken within 2-3 business days of receiving the outfit, and you will be duly notified. All approved returns and/or exchanges will be given in the form of Credit Notes with a maximum validity of 6 months and will be redeemable solely at ginniwadhwacouture.com and any flagship stores. The Credit Notes can also be redeemed during the End of Season Sale period.

Disclaimer

  • All Credit Notes issued will be for the MRP amount only and do not include any applicable shipping, duties, or tax amounts.

  • No returns or exchanges are allowed on discounted outfits.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. In the event of a cancellation, the full payment (100%) will be forfeited and treated as the cancellation fee for all cancellations. Please note that our brand's policy does not include the provision of refunds.
